Appointments & Cancellations
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any intake forms and prepare for your session.
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the treatment cost at the clinic’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
- The full fee will still apply for the original scheduled duration.
Payments & Insurance
- We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfer.
- All our therapists are licensed and provide insurance receipts for eligible treatments.
- Direct billing is available with select providers (please inquire in advance).
Hygiene & Safety
- We follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols before and after each client.
- If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of our team and other clients.
Code of Conduct
- Danity Massage Clinic maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.
- Any form of harassment or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities if necessary.

Prenatal Clients
- Prenatal massage is available for clients in their second and third trimester only.
